My Island German Style Pale Lager production begins in the early morning with the Longwood Brewery team hard at work getting everything prepped and ready for brewing. Mid Island Liquor team members participated in multiple aspects of the brewing process from transferring milled barley grains into the mash tun to adding the hops to the hot wort! Longwood Brewery's Brewmaster, Harley, and his team were gracious hosts overseeing the quality control of the brew day while offering detailed educational insights into the processes of each step of the brew.

The day’s labour paid off in the form of an effervescent, malt-forward golden lager balanced by some gentle hop character to make each sip more satisfying than the last.
